ANNUAL TOY DRIVE
She Was Me, Inc. along with community partners sponsors an annual toy drive for families in need within the Sanford Community. Each year the event host over 200 children providing toys and food for the holiday season.
MIKE TODD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Mike Todd was born and raised in Sanford, Florida. He attended Seminole County Public Schools and graduated from Lake Mary High School. After graduating high school, he attended Seminole State College. Mike was an entrepreneur who owned and operated “Dirt Away” Mobile Detailing Services. Mike life was tragically taken away on February 23, 2015 due to gun violence.
She Was Me, Inc. is pleased to announce the Mike Todd Memorial Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is in memory of Jerald Micheal Todd, Jr. affectionately known as "Mike Todd". The scholarship will award funds too single mothers currently enrolled in college or vocational school and female graduates of Seminole High School class of 2022. Scholarships will be awarded to recipients based on the submission of a completed application and available funds.
